Dr. Markus Schmidiger
I have been entrepreneurial all my life. Parallel to my studies, I built up my first IT company. After a detour into strategy consulting, I developed the Swiss Engel & Völkers organization together with a partner. In addition to expanding the license network, I sold investment properties myself and assisted clients with their settlements or investments in Switzerland. During four years I established and managed a real estate asset management company with over 1 billion properties for a family office. At the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, I developed the Real Estate Management Competence Center starting in 2002 and am still responsible for real estate continuing education today. I became interested in digitalization early on and accompanied various startups as a business angel, board member and investor, as well as expanding the industry platform newhome.ch on behalf of the real estate industry.
Since 2021, together with my wife, I have dedicated myself to the development and expansion of the seminar and healing center “Farm Lovetin” in South Bohemia, passing on my knowledge and experience to companies and entrepreneurs.
Within all my engagements I have experienced in the last ten years how much is possible not only with mental training but with information field and energy work and how much easier goals can be realized with it. In real estate sales as well as in management, in sales, in the development of new business fields, negotiations and in the organization of further education, I have achieved sometimes amazing results with the active support of information field and energy work. I am now happy to share this knowledge with you and support you in achieving more success and joy in life.

I grew up in the then communist Czech Republic. I soon discovered my passion for sports and made it to the Czech junior national team in skiing. I discovered my entrepreneurial talent at the age of 17. By adventurously importing goods from Turkey, I made a very good life for myself even in a communist country.
My urge for freedom led me to Switzerland immediately after the opening of the border at the age of 19, where I made my way as a ski instructor and fitness instructor and studied interior design.
Soon my entrepreneurial streak kicked in again and I built a business in the medical field.
A few years later, my love of real estate and architecture led me to Engel & Völkers, where I successfully brokered high-quality properties for many years. Thanks to my status as Private Office Advisor and Global Top 10 Agent, I was not only able to work with fascinating people, but also to travel the world. Later, together with my husband, I took over several licenses in Eastern Switzerland and led them from a difficult situation to success.
Over time I realized more and more that it is actually not the real estate that fascinates me, but the people I could work with. Various further training courses such as NLP, Feng Shui, coaching and trainer training, Spirit Coach, Trivolution Coach and others have helped me to develop my potentials more and more and to let my spiritual side flow into business life.
The positive experiences I have had with both my employees and my clients have encouraged me to fully follow my true calling and to give up the real estate profession.
Together with my husband I bought Farm Lovetin in South Bohemia in 2021 and converted it into a center for inspiration and healing. Since then I not only run the seminar center, but live my passion of healing and supporting people.
